郎世宁( giuseppe castiglione，1688年( 1766年)，天主教耶稣会硕士、画家、意大利米兰人。 1715年(清康熙五十四年)来到中国传教，随即进入皇宫做宫廷画家，历经康熙、雍正、干隆三朝，在中国从事绘画50多年，又参加圆明园西洋楼的设计，是清代宫廷十大画家之一。 正世宁的《午端图》是一部接近欧洲静物画的作品。 照片上，青瓷瓶子里插着蒲叶、石榴花、蜀葵花，盘子里放着李子、樱桃等水果，一些粽子散落在一旁，散发着浓郁的节日气息。 就构图而言，画中东西齐全，三角形的配置给画面带来稳定感。 另外，颜色浓度和光影明暗的变化显示了马赛克、水果、瓷瓶的立体感。 特别是在瓷器的肩膀上，可以看到欧洲绘画的高光方法，可以清晰地感受到西洋绘画的妙处。
